Using layers of acrylic paint with etchings, paper, beads, glass, bolts and other found objects, Millicent creates mixed media pieces that reflect an affinity for strong colors, textures, and forms. Each piece is an offering of gratitude and intended to speak to the best in us all. Embracing change as the only constant, a piece evolves until it has moved beyond her studio and into someone else's life.
